The seller responded to my concern immediately and a replacement was shipped timely. I was also offered a refund option, which I declined. Amazing product and customer service. Thank you!

I needed this sweatshirt super quickly for a costume party and not only did she get it to me on time, after speaking to her and arranging overnight shipping, she told me she would refund me if I didn't get it in time. Now that's customer service! Thank you!! Costume was hit.
